Are you passionate about promoting beautiful destinations and creating memorable experiences for visitors? Visit Trosa is now looking for two enthusiastic individuals who want to be part of our team this summer and contribute to Trosa's success as a tourist destination.

WHAT DOES YOUR MISSION INVOLVE?

You are an important ambassador for the entire Trosa municipality and our local area. The tasks as a tourist information officer largely consist of inspiring our visitors to more destinations, answering questions and emails.

The work is based at Rådstugan in Trosa square. Your tasks include staffing the tourist center's reception and inspiring the visitors who come in, answering phone calls and emails, replenishing brochures, and being out with our InfoPoint bike (electric cargo bike). The position includes being available for visitors in the local area and during certain events.

You will start your position with us with an introductory day in May. During this day, you will learn more about how we work.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are Trosa's face to the outside world, and therefore you are naturally a service-oriented, independent, and inspiring person.
• You are passionate about good hospitality and enjoy meeting new people.
• You find it easy to learn new things, take your own initiatives, and handle multiple tasks.
• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• And most importantly, you have good local knowledge of Trosa municipality and a good understanding of what there is to see, do, and experience in our vicinity.

We consider it an advantage if you are proficient in German, spoken and written, and can speak French, Spanish, or Italian.

You will be cycling and standing during your work shift, which requires sufficient physical fitness to manage this.

The employment begins in May/June and ends in August. Please note that you need to be able to work the entire month of July.

Employment type: Summer job

Extent: Part-time, approx. 50-75%. Dialogue regarding the extent will take place during the hiring process based on your preferences. Work according to a schedule Monday-Sunday.
